At the Provinces option, additional test data for use by the Service Provider to test the Staging Build pursuant to the Staging Build Test Plan, provided that the test data is delivered to the Service Provider not less that ten (10) Business Days before the commencement of testing.

Missing verb - "will be provided" or something is required in there.
